Model with lava stone plate

Our cooking plate is 70 cm long and 40 cm wide.

 

Its 3 cm thickness makes it very heat resistant.

According to the scientific literature, it's proved that cooking on a grill is the healthier and safer existing way. The plate need just to be heated 20-30 minutes before starting cooking.

It's easy to clean: just scrape the dirt with a spatula, no need of using detergents.

 

Cooking happens by uniform heat absorption, therefore preserving the food nutritional value and its vitaminic content. The plate does not produce smoke and does not require the use of oil for cooking.

 

The fats released by the food are brought into a collection tray through a duct system.
