Model with volcanic stones + professional grill
The 70 cm x 40 cm grill was conceived for the heat to come up, whilst the residual fat won't ever contaminate nor the food nor the stones themselves, because immediately eliminated through a duct system and finally collected in a special pan.
Completely made of stainless steel, the grill heats themselves in 5 minutes and does not produce smokes, ashes and smells, whilst releasing an absolutely uniform heat.
The cooking does not occur by a direct contact with the lava stones: the stones are heated until they make the grill reaching its ideal temperature for cooking.
